DELIVERY AND COMPLAINTS
1. Delivery within Germany
The shipping costs for shipping within Germany vary between 0.95€ and 6.50€, depending on the product. The exact shipping costs are shown in the shopping cart.
2. International delivery
The shipping costs for international shipping vary between 1.80€ and 15.95€, depending on the product. The exact shipping costs are shown in the shopping cart.
For deliveries to countries from the European Union the prices in the webshop contain 19% german VAT.
For deliveries to countries not from the European Union the prices in the webshop don’t contain any VAT.
OUTSIDE European Union – ADDITIONAL CUSTOM CHARGES
Our shipping charges do not include any custom charges, including VAT that your government may collect on imports. If your package is subject to these charges, it will be your responsibility to complete the payment to receive your package!
3. Conditions
The goods will be sent after we received your payment. Payments can be made by Bank-Transfer, PayPal, SOFORT Überweisung, Giropay and Credit Card (VISA, Mastercard and American Express).

4. Complaints
Please make sure that you receive an undamaged package. Do not in any case accept a damaged delivery since by doing this you implicitly confirm the reception of damaged items.
You have to pay for the shipping cost of the return, we unfortunately can’t afford that! We will only pay the original shipping costs.
You can return goods within 14 days. The 14-day period starts with the receipt of the goods.
Please pack your return well. We will not reimburse you for goods that get damaged or lost on the way from the customer to us.
No complaints possible for CDs and digital products.
